“One of the greatest moments in my water-skiing experience occurred this past summer!  I was fortunate enough to be one of four skiers to ski a Disabled Expo before a Ski Show at Cypress Gardens after our National Competition in August.  After skiing I was back in the ski show dressing room and it hit me.  My daughter Briana is a dance major at a Performing Arts High School.  She is one of the most focused, goal driven, compassionate souls that I've encountered.  Along with being a beautiful dancer, she is my angel! Being surrounded by costumes, a bunch of sparkly outfits, and mirrors down the long wall I realized that I just experienced something Briana does!  Briana is a performer and “I” got to perform on “my stage”! It felt too cool to be able to relate to what my daughter does on one level!  It was a moment in life that made a lot of things make sense!”
