1. You select one of our Signature Covers or Garments offered for the season

1a. You contact us to make sure you have your order and measurements right,
and to find out if the fabric is still available -- and you make another choice if it
isn't. (We send you via email swatch samples)
2. You order and pay for it
2.a. If you are only buying a cover, you are almost finished. Now all we need
is to confirm your chair manufacturer, style and model number.
3. If you have a specially fitted chair
back, then send us your measurements, following our guide. If ordering a cover,
after this step you are finished.
Otherwise continue with (Your body and the back
of wheelchair measurements -- please follow guide carefully) Because we are a couture
house, we will call or email to clarify anything we are not sure of before we create
your cover and garment. So, make sure we have a way to contact you.
*Optional: Send us a photo of the back of your chair if you don't see it on our
list. If you are ordering couture clothing, send us you in your best fitting outfit, via email or mail.
(If you snail-mail it to us, and you want the photo back, you will need to send it SASE)
* We discuss availability of materials (sometimes the material our sample is done
in might not be available.) We usually can offer beautiful alternatives.
4. Once you have placed your order we request (3) weeks for Covers and (3-6) weeks
for Clothes, depending on the
design. However, we will let you know immediately the mailing date for your Cover or Garment.
5. We send you your Cover or Garment. You shout with joy!
If for any reason your Garment or Cover needs alterations, we will offer one
free-of-charge alteration for both garment and cover, (you pay for mailing it to us
but not the return mail).
However, if it is not our error in calculating the measurements, and you need a
second alteration, then we will
do the alteration for a minimum fee we can discuss prior to you returning it. (You pay
for mailing it to us and the return mail) Please
make sure you follow the directions of the measurement guides and you will not go
wrong.
This may seem like a lot to do, but we assure you it is painless.
And, you will never have a better fitting garment. If you are in Atlanta, we can do
fittings in person. Just let us know when you order. |
