How to Measure

We can fit most standard chairs, just by knowing whether you have a 16, 18, etc. size chair back. Check our Manufacturer's List (which we update frequently) to see if your chair is on it. If you don't have major alterations on your chair, chances are you won't have to measure at all. If you aren't sure, email or call us. The standard wheelchair measurements begin at 16" -- If you are using a standard wheelchair, you are all set to order. Check here for Manufacturer's List. Coming Soon

Measurements get a little trickier when you have a contoured chair, but even then we have had no problems. We do all we can to make sure you will receive the perfect fit each time. Once we have your chair measurements we will keep them on file, so unless you change chairs, you're all set. Send us the Manufacturer's name, the style name & number, and any other information you think we should know, for instance, do you have a pillow in your seat? This may seem like a lot, but it is painless. If you cannot measure your chair, let us know, and we'll try to find the measurements for you. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so rest assured we will work it out.

Too inconvenient -- let us know and we'll find measurements

Print out by highlighting below and choose print selection for (no picture)

1.   Measure across the top of your chair, left to right

2.   Measure from top to bottom

3.  Measure the bottom from left to right

4.  If your chair contours, please measure the beginning of the curve to the end of the curve (both corners) If your chair isn't on list

This is tricky. It really helps if we have a photo too. But not to worry. If that's not doable, we'll work it out.

5.  Also measure any curve that is on the bottom of your chair

6.  Measure all the way around your chair, keep tape fitting snuggly

7. If your chair has handle bars - measure the distance on the top of chair where the handle bars fit. We also need you to tell us

how far down material can go between the chair and the metal on the sides.... usually attached with screws.

9. If you are buying (handlebar gloves -- please measure distance where handle bars begin to the end length wise. Now measure the circumference of handles.

10. If you have an electric chair, please tell us how the bottom (seat) connects. Will you be able to slip material underneath? Do you need ties to secure the Cover?

11. For a small fee, you can have non-stick velcro. Please let us know?
